Hi All,

While in Harlingen, TX a few weeks ago, I attended the every Saturday
amateur luncheon at Paso Bills.  Russ Lamb, WU8H, is the person who sets
up the meetings and invites guest speakers.  Russ had Dr. David
Woolweaver, who is the Vice Director of the West Coast Division of the
ARRL, as the speaker.  He gave a very good presentation of the last ARRL
Board meeting and discussed the proposed new licence structure.
I mentioned to him that I was a neighbor to Wade in Cedar Rapids and he
said that we are very fortunate to have Wade as our Division Director. 
He is really doing a good job representing our division!  Nice to hear
that.....
