[EIDXA] ComCat Logging Software

As you have probably heard, several EIDXA members have been involved in Beta
testing of a new logging program called CommCat.  The program offers some
unique features that I've not seen on other programs.  It has been developed
by a programmer  who designed and sold one of the early leading edge
programs for genealogy.  If you have any interest it is now available.
