[EIDXA] Proposal

per the question about the member directory:  a small percentage of members
submitted bios to go with their pictures - and - my available personal time
became shifted toward some career and family demands.  rick was considering
the possibility of incorporating these member pics and bios on to the web,
so i've emailed him what had collected.
