[EICO] Need EICO 625 Tube Tester Parts

I rescued a 625 tube tester from an estate sale.  It cleaned up nicely and
seems to work but it is missing one of the center lever switch knobs and the
handle.  Anyone have these parts or a junker for sale or trade?
