[EICO] Eico 720 - 5AR4/GZ34 Rectifier

Looking for a 5AR4/GZ34 rectifier tube for my Eico 720.
Anyone have a spare they would sell or a source recommendation.  I have not been able to find a direct substitute for this tube, so I'm assuming it does not have an equivalent.
Thanks for any help, thoughts or suggestions.
