[EICO] Well, still missing pages from Eico 723 manual

Thanks to George, KS1U for supplying the missing page.

Now I'm well on my way to having a working 723.

And thanks to Ed, N4XY, for pointing out that the loading cap was at a 
slight angle. That has been fixed, but his web site corrections have not 
been (just some poor English).

I'll post more pix soon (probably of the final build).
