[EICO] Eico 720 putting out awful note - now fixed!

I fixed the sickly sounding Eico 720.  I replaced the one wax capacitor
in it (used for screen bypass near the oscillator by my best guess) and
now it sounds pretty decent - still some 60Hz AM but not at all
objectionable.
