Most of you know of my collecting of Grid Dip Meters (now at ~60
models from ~45 mfgrs-URL: <http://www.n4xy.com/gdos.html> ). I have
some significant GDOs including several new/unused mint-condition
Millen Models, an unbuilt Heath HD-1250 kit; an unbuilt EICO 710 kit;
and an unbuilt blister-packed Italian GDO kit. These, plus several
very rare old models such as a full Salesman's Engineering Kit
Suitcased Measurements 59. Another recent addition is a very rare
American-made PEL Electronics GDO.

Last night I added one more to the collection: a Millen 90651 SN: 1.
I believe it genuinely IS SN:1 since: a) the seller obtained it in
W1-land 25 years ago; b) it has with it the Plug-In Tone Modulator
SN: 6; and c) you can see the SN stamping in the photos, and there's
no way some older number was polished out/etc. The anodized panel
around it would never have survived that.

I am pretty excited about it-as you can imagine. It didn't hurt that
I got it for for significantly less than I would have paid. Images
can be seen at the sale page: 5788172077, including a close-up of the
SN. It turns out to be sort of local, and I'll be meeting the seller
tomorrow afternoon to pick it up.
