[EICO] EICO 150 Signal Tracer

Hi Matt,

Thanks for the info about BAMA and the 147A signal tracer manual. After my 
original query the BAMA folks updated the 147A manual by adding the missing 
sections. As you note, it is now complete. The update was very helpful in 
my understanding of the signal tracer and thanks once again to K4XL for 
kindly updating the site.

Good luck in your 150 manual quest.
