[EICO] EICO RP100

There are three versions of the EICO deck listed in their (Russell/PRB)
cross reference.

For the RP-100, the belt (only one) is a OB16.4

For the RP-100-3, the belts (two) are OA10-9 and the OB16.4

For the RP-100W, the belt (again, only one) is a OB12.4
