While you are advocating paying for value received,
why not follow your own suggestion and
PAY ME FOR THE HEATHKIT TUNER I SENT YOU?
In case you don't remember:
* I sold you an assembled and working (when it left me) Heathkit AJ-15
FM tuner and manual for $25 plus shipping.
* I shipped it to you insured for $150 as per YOUR instructions!
(sorta "interesting" instructions for a $25 item!)
* You claimed it was damaged beyond repair when it reached you.
* You did repay the $40 shipping charge, but you did NOT pay the $25!
* And you gave me NO chance to recover my loss from the insurance!
