Another one to watch out for is T.W.Leiper of the R-390
list...  I don't know if he's a ham, as I've never seen
a call in his signature, but I've heard some real horror
stories about what he finds 'acceptable business practices'
if given the chance (trust) to perpetrate them...

Actually, he (Leiper) would probably consider it dirtying
of his hands to even get near an EICO, as he's one of the
bigger R-390 snobs I've seen, but ya never know...
