[ECAC] Still alive

I haven't died or vanished. Life has a way of taking over from time to time,
and with a foster teenager in the house for three weeks it was crazier than
usual. He's back home with his mom now, so I'm getting back to business,
which includes putting together our annual Section-wide ARES Academy program
for March, ECAC, seeing my son off to Afghanistan, and helping organize and
promote our club's bus trip to Dayton (if we get enough signups to go, I'll
see some of you there).

 

This weekend I'll continue reading the NTS proposal to look for differences
and common ground. Hopefully, I'll have something to offer soon.
