[ECAC] Revised PowerPoint presentation

At tonight's meeting we made a few small revisions to the informational
PowerPoint presentation, which is attached.

We consolidated two pages into one for brevity.

We corrected the date the final proposal was submitted to the P&SC from
November 29 to November 19.

Several small typos were corrected.
