I don't think we are talking about the same thing. XZ1J was from Myanmar,
which is not an IOTA.

Zorro JH1AJT and the group will be on air from Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar again
from 15th to 26th November 2013.
This will be the third and final run for 2013 from XZ land.
Proposed call sign is XZ1J this time, and plan to set up three to four
stations, run 24/7, on 160 - 10m bands, CW SSB and RTTY.

There were NO Chinese ops there. I don't know why BD4KM sent you an email
concerning XZ1J. Maybe you worked BD4KM from AS-146, a completely different
operation. QSL to XZ1J via snail mail is via Zorro Y. Miyazawa, JH1AJT.

There were not there in Sept 2013. They were there in November 2013.

Alan I got email from BD4KM Feb 10 saying QSL's coming out this week. I did
2 direct mailings since there
were 2 different addresses publisched. 1st July 2013 2nd Sept 2013...I chase
IOTA's and I sure must pick the wrong stations to work. Its like pulling
teeth to get QSL's from these people. Rarely do I get a QSL within 30-60
days - always months if not years and multiple mailings, e-mails etc ..73 al
