Ron I have been talking with a cohort team member of mine and seems
that I have been the brunt of a very nasty practical joke that has been
going on
for awhile
They say that they are going to send my contribution back to me,
but I'll believe it when I get the cash in my hands
But indeed when I first took over the Duties of QSL manager for Team Antigua
I did have troubles uploading our logs for some reason
and handed it over to our Team Computer Guru who gladly did it
very easily
Now I'm going to be a little busy (Dark and Nasty EVIL Laugh follows!!!!)
Thanks for the offer Ron! (BTW When did you change your call???)

Filing fee? Since when does LotW have a filing fee?
Mike, I think someone has seriously misled you. I am not aware of ANY
"filing fees" to upload to LotW. The ONLY fees that I am aware of is the
charge per credit when you apply on-line for an award -- but that miniscule
per credit cost is borne by the station applying for the award, not the
station uploading the log.
As per the LotW Users FAQ page [which duplicates the main one that you can
reach from www.arrl.org] (https://p1k.arrl.org/lotw/faq#cost):
------------------------------------------------------------------
"How much does it cost to use Logbook of the World?"
There is no charge for digital certificates or for submitting log data to
the LoTW system. A charge is levied only when you apply for an award using
QSL matches obtained via LoTW. (Note that there's a charge for awards no
matter how you apply for them).
The specific fees charged for using Logbook data for awards vary depending
on how many credits you buy at one time. See the Fees page for details.
------------------------------------------------------------------
The Fees page (https://p1k.arrl.org/lotw/fees) explicitly refers to the
charges per award credit. Not to uploading.
If you need any help massaging a log into the proper format for ADIF for
LotW, let me know and I'll do whatever I can to help you. Least I can do in
return for all of the great contest QSO's from V26B that I've gotten from
you guys over the years!
