I dont understand what hams dont grasp about this. If you want a card, do the right things to get a card...a SASE for stateside, and at least 1 IRC or $3...and even then thats no promise of a card. why wouldnt someone increase their chances by any means possible.
I support the managers credo...no SASE, its via buro after all the cards with return postage go out...then do the buro cards. I simply dont count how much ive spent on confirming countries, and i really dont care...the card is important and its worth the extra effort for the prize.

And furthermore, folks should throw in a little extra or at least a little note to say thanks...qsl manager is not an easy job. so you all have my appreciation.
