There is a Packet (or  rather now its called) The OPDX Bulletin
that you can subscribe to, It will send you all the latest Dxpeditions
and special events that happen. This one is free, 
Bernie W3UR sends out a Dx Bulletin, but you have to pay for
his.
You can also check out NG3K.COM
His site gives out alot of info too.

I can't remember how to subscribe to the OPDX Bulletin right now
But past editions are all over the place and if you do a GOOGLE
search, Im sure you'll find out how to subscribe.

There is also a site on QTH.NET called DX-peditions Its address to suubscribe

These last two are reflectors (Mailing Lists)
