CHICAGO HARBOR LIGHT TO BE ACTIVATED

One of the contacts most wanted by lighthouse chasers will be available
early next year.

Metro Amateur Radio Club (MAC) of Chicago will activate Chicago Harbor
Lighthouse, Amateur Radio Lighthouse Society USA #171, on February 9 and 10,
2002.

Special event station K9Y will be operated from Columbia Yacht Club,
according to Mike Dinelli, N9BOR. A special QSL will be available.

The usual ARLHS frequencies will be used: SSB: 7270, 14270, 21370, 28370;
CW: 7030, 14030, 21030 and 28030.
