[Dxbase] lotwreport.adi downloads to "Downloads" folder instead of C:\autolotw260 folder

Giorgio,

After working with Arnie on his situation - it appears that his Windows 10 operating system
defaults the save as to the downloads folder and YOU CAN NOT change the save in directory
at all!!  This is the BIG BUMMER!!  If we could change the save in directory - then we
could redirect it to the C:\autolotw260 directory.. BUT his windows10 simply doesn't
have that option at all!!
