[Dxbase] MISSING INFO

In the past when I enter in the log the callsign of a station which I have
worked in the past, various fields will be automatically populated with info
from the prior QSO, but suddenly this is no longer happening.

 

The "name" field is still populated but others (state, county, IOTA, grid)
are not.

 

I am using Windows 10 - I have heard that sometimes the automatic updates
which Microsoft imposes on users can cause odd things to happen to programs.
Is that a possible reason for my problem?
