[Dxbase] Selection Wizard Issue...again

Trying to export my dad’s 2007 log to adif using the selection wizard.  I have used it in the past on mine with no issues.

1. No checks blocks 
2. Tried test first and no test, nothing happens.
3. When I click start, it opens the location and when hit ok, nothing happens.

I was trying it at his house and mine with same result…nothing.  There are 2373 qsos in the log.

Not sure what the issue is…unless it’s a Windows 10 issue.
