[Dxbase] Another UPDATE for SAT users with DXbase2007 -- pse read

With AE5B making the comment about CAS-4A and CAS-4B  SAT names as being 
two more SAT names that will cause problems with making an ADIF file .. I havegone back to my AutoLOTW program and have updated it so that 

CAS-3H, CAS-4A, CAS-4B, and QO-100  will all be handled correctly when you areusing my AutoLOTW program to make an adif file to send to LOTW.
I have posted to my website a NEW ZIP file which is available from:

This file contains the LATEST  Satnames.dat, and also my newest Autolotw271.exe files.
I personally am not into SAT - but, like to make my programs so that they will help theSAT users of DXbase2007.
