[Dxbase] Creating ADIF from DXbase 2007 file?

Next question…how to create an ADIF for use with DXLab or other programs?  Have searched and had no luck importing a dxbase file into any other program or creating an ADIF.  Using Windows 10 64bit with a fresh dxbase 2007 load and can read my log.

Sorry for the questions…I know these have been answered lots over the years but cannot find the answers.
