[Dxbase] Moving DXBase form Win7 32 to Win7 64

I have (so far) successfully upgraded my Win7 32 bit system to Win7 64.  
I have the 64 bit DXBase 2007 registration file and have successfully 
applied it; I've moved current copies refdata.mdb and N5OP.mdb into the 
installation directory. But, when I open DXBase, I don't see *my* log: 
instead I see the initial dummy log containing only one entry for 
AA4LU.  I'm *this* close...

What am I doing wrong?
