[Dxbase] Reinstalling DXB In Windows 7 Home

Well, I had to have my computer worked on and it required formatting the 
drive, reinstalling Windows.  Somehow I got a copy of DXB back on the 
machine.  I have a registration file.  However, when I double-click on 
it, I get error messages.  Looking for a starting point to figure out 
what I'm doing wrong.  I'm not a software enthusiast.
