[Dxbase] Anyone know how to add 'OQRS' to the 'QSL Via" dropdown?

A quick call to ARRL for their suggestion would be the best way to resolve option question.  Whatever they recommend would be the answer, no need to try and guess.

It does for me.  You can, however, request a bureau card via OQRS.  I've been a
ham for almost 60 years and an avid, but not necessarily fanatical, DXer.
Clublog and OQRS are the greatest inventions since canned beer.  (Before anyone
says, "Yuck, canned beer", think of it as mini kegs. Many craft brewers have
switched to cans.)
