[Dxbase] Reinstall

Thanks Neal. I found an old working XP machine with my DxBase2006 on it.
Joe, WA6AXE, was kind enough to walk me through extracting the registry
data and I installed it on a Win10 machine. Joe was absolutely great with
his speedy help and vast knowledge! I am up and running again. Now just
waiting for DxBase2017 ;-)
