[Dxbase] DXbase website is BACK IN SVC !!!

Yaaay!  Thanks for all you guys do.  I've been using dxbase since the dos version, I think (if there was such a thing...it's getting foggy, it was so long ago).  Anyway, in that time, I've had tremendous support from Neal and Joe, and I want to take this opportunity to let them know how grateful I am.  I will definitely buy the upgrade, when it comes out.
