[Dxbase] Speaker

[Neal Campbell]

Its not in source code I can maintain, its part of the software package
Stingray that drives a lot of the User Interface stuff and its what keeps
the second screen from working like the prime one all the time! Until I
find a way to replace it, we are stuck with it.
