Try this method:

Go to Main Menu/ Tools/ Options... / User Options... 

IN the "General" TAB - make the radio button for "None" (DX Atlas Version Selection)

Press OK ..

Now - go back into the same action you just did - and this time radio button for
"v2.1 or Higher" .. 

Press OK ...


Now - you should be able to CONNECT all OK with DXAtlas

Looks like DXAtlas makes DXBase 2007 v 1.10 die every time i connect 
this map software from DXinfo window.
Map version is set to v2.1 or higher in user options (General).
Running W10 64 bits.
I think this is a new problem, but I can't figure out how it happened.
Viewing DXAtlas outside DXBase is no problem, even if DXBase is running.
