[Dxbase] sh/dx command

Dave,
That worked. I added NPOTA as a call sign alert and when a spot with that in the comments came through, it was put in the DX Info window.

Set it up in the Dxbase alerts window.  I think it will spot comment fields
as well. I know I did it for iota suffix a while back
