[Dxbase] DELL brand computer, running Windows 10 Pro - problem

Has anyone, who is running a DELL computer, Windows 10 Pro -
run into a problem running some of my BRIDGES?

I was helping Ed (AB4IQ) today with some problems - but, the one
problem we could NOT correct - was him wanting to run the WSJT-X BRIDGE
or the JTDX BRIDGE .. 

HE CAN run my BRIDGES on his HP computer running Windows 10 Pro -
BUT NOT his DELL computer running Windows 10 Pro..

We turned off his Anti-Virus program - no help .. Then setup his A/V program to
ALLOW the Bridges as ok - still no help ...

And since he is running the SAME Anti-Virus program on his HP Computers -
then the A/V program is not a problem at all..

What I thought about during today's experiences - was the problem that the
EUROPEAN computers are having - when they also try to run my BRIDGES.
These EUROPEAN computers also can NOT run my BRIDGES..

Has anyone run into this problem and found a solution for it?
