[Dxbase] !! NEW VERSION time coming soon ----Re: Interesting Problem

Hi all,

I stopped coding a week ago as I was doing more damage than good so I
needed to take a break.

I will keep you all updated when its available, (but the code get rid of
registration callsign checks has been eliminated already...)
