[Dxbase] Antenna Beam Headings Wrong

Neal,

I have minus for East Longitude and positive for North Latitude.
So I think that Tele must set a positive sign for his Longitude.
That's what I have in my DXBase 2007 (and since the DOS version, HIHI). 
And the bearings are correct with that.
