[Dxbase] Heads-up on operations with the callsign TO2M (Ambiguous Prefix)

Just a heads-up about a callsign that are in the AMBIGUOUS category for Prefixes ...

Just saw that the callsign TO2M will be used from Martinique (NA-107) 
on 24-25 October 2015 in the CQ WW DX Contest (SSB). 

NOTE: Since this callsign has been used back in 2012 - we will
have to handle it differently.
 
This callsign is currently MAPPED to FH (Mayotte) in the CALLMAP table -- so, 
we have to go into the DXbase2007 CALLMAP Table and update the current
entry to read as follows:

CallCallsign = TO2M
CallPfx = FM
CallPfx1 = FH
CallDate1 = 20121018


The CALLMAP table will now be updated in advance so that if you work this
station -- it will have the correct PREFIX in your logbook QSO window ...
