[Dxbase] New Computer - DXBase Not Registered After Key in Registry

Hi guys

I was writing Ken a personal note but should send this to the list.

Windows 10 does not need the modification to include the 'Wow6432Node'
addition to the string in your reg file. I have no idea why but it doesn't
in all of my testing.

Secondly, you have to change the first line which normally says 'REGEDIT4'
to
'Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00'

Do this and try it again, then let us know how it works.
