I DO NOT find that same problems with DXbase2007 ver 1.07 COMBIT software Ver 10 An example (List Designer) of the problems is: (1) Field SENT should show the QSL SENT DATE -- but, with DXB Ver 1.10 - the result is a Yes or No !!! (2) Field QSLVIA should show the MANY QSLVIA possible variations - but, with DXB Ver 1.10 - the result is "always" Bureau !!! (3) Field QSLS should show Yes or No -- but, with DXB Ver 1.10 - the result does NOT track with the logbook entry!!!! Since I have never seen thee interface between COMBIT s/w and the logbook mdb file - I can only describe what I am seeing... I feel that there are MORE bugs to be found ... I HATE to bring this up - since you are working on the NEWEST VERSION OF DXBASE!! Windows 10 does not need the modification to include the 'Wow6432Node' addition to the string in your reg file. I have no idea why but it doesn't in all of my testing. Secondly, you have to change the first line which normally says 'REGEDIT4' to 'Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00' Do this and try it again, then let us know how it works. 73 Neal Campbell Abroham Neal LLC DXBase Help web site: http://www.abrohamnealsoftware.com/dxbasehelp/ On Sat, Nov 14, 2015 at 12:18 PM, Joe Glockner wrote: > Ken, > > To convert your 32 bit reg file to a 64 bit reg file: > > Converting a 32bit Registration file to 64bit. > > > Use notepad to open the registration file that you have for 32 bit. > > > Replace the following line: > > [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Scientific Solutions\Dxb2007] > > With the following line: > > [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\Scientific Solutions\Dxb2007] > > > Save changes to a new filename so that you do not erase your > original 32bit registration. > > To apply this new registration, double click the .reg filename. > > > > 73 Joe wa6axe > > > On 11/14/15, Ken Widelitz wrote: > > I've moved to a new Win 10 computer. What style of label sheet are you using? (i.e. 5160, 8160, etc) When you go to PRINT your labels - DO NOT go to PRINT at the first -- go to PREVIEW ... LOOK at the page layout (i.e. page 1 versus page 2) .. DO you see the problem in the PREVIEW mode?? 73 Joe wa6axe On 11/25/15, Lars Henneberg wrote: Hello all. I still have problems with being able to print out fine after I got Windows7 and running DXbase 2007 Version 1.10. First page are wrong, but page 2 are OK. I scanned the first page into which I attach . all labels are moved to the right , as if there is a margin in the left side, it's not there. In addition, there is a greater vertical distance between the labels than there are sheets of labels . But again, it's only the first sheet is wrong. I wonder if there is any help available here ? I am somewhat tired of not being able to print labels from the program.
