[Dxbase] Neal - pse read -- Joe wa6axe -- one method we can use to get Help Files

I knew that KB917607 was the tag because of the following webpage:

This is the webpage where we start the download of Winhlp32.exe

YOU had mentioned about Windows Updates -- so, I thought I would
look at my Windows Updates in the Control Panel/ Uninstall Programs

and sure enough -- the entry for

KB917607

was right there as a WINDOWS UPDATE ..

REMEMBER that I already had a GOOD Winhlp32.exe on this computer, so I
do not know how this will work with a 10KB Winhlp32.exe .. I would think
that IF there is an entry in Windows Updates for KB917607 -- then my
method should work there also..

sitting there!!!!!!! I literally did not have any HOPES of this working..
BUT - knowning that KB917607 was NOT in my Windows Updates log
any more -- I went ahead and downloaded the PROPER winhlp32.exe
file for thhis computer -- and WAS AMAZED that the update went through
and WAS ALL OK ---

So, we at least have one method of the guys getting back their REAL
Winhlp32.exe file and then having the DXbase2007 Help Files work
properly....

The LAST update for KB917607 that I just did NOW reads:

Installation status: Successful
Update type: Important
