[Dxbase] DXbase 2007 Problem

I had this problem when I first installed Dxbase on a new Win 8 computer 
in my shack

No-one seemed able to help

I completely removed the installation, which is more than just removing 
the installed directory as files get put in other places, and 
"de-install" doesn't remove them all.  Having cleaned up I reinstalled 
and it worked OK and has done ever since

One of those great mysteries!
