[Dxbase] PSE READ -- change -- CY2015 CQ DXMarathon Award EXE program is ready for use -- Joe wa6axe

 ALL who are into the CQ DXMarathon Award and who USE my exe program file,
I have been advised that the file will NOT work on a Windows 7 64 bit or Windows 8/8.1 64 bit 
machine ...

For those who are still running DXbase2007 on a Windows XP machine -- the following
