Joe,
I wouldn't mind if the report were 599 and dB report continued to go to the
Notes Field. That is of course, if everyone else agrees.

Users of the program WSJT-X Version 1.4 (Beta) (and ONLY 1.4 Beta)
I have made a BRIDGE program that will auto-log the QSOs into DXbase2007.
PSE - this is ONLY for Ver 1.4 (Beta) of this WSJT-X program.
The webpage for my BRIDGE is at:
http://www.navycthistory.com/wa6axe/wsjtxVer14bridgex.html
PSE read all of the webpage info before trying to use.

This happened a few years ago but I forgot what I did to cause this or to
remedy it. Anyone know the common cause of this? Please advise. Thanks in
advance.
I have initialized, then when that didn't fix it, I restarted the program.
Same deal after restart. No updates of B/M for new B/M QSOs.

Dummy here (moi) somehow had checked FO-29 in the default screen for
satellites. All fixed. Sorry for the confusion. I'll learn!

Knowing that the signal reports for JT65/JT9, etc is not compatible
with the current format for DXbase RSTS and RSTR field -- Would
YOU want me to (within my BRIDGE) change the signal report of
(such as)
-03
(which can not be placed in the current RSTS/RSTR fields) to simply
03
when I send the actual RSTS/RSTR fields info to DXbase2007????
I would LEAVE the -03 (as is) when I post them into the NOTES field and
the Special1/Special2 fields.
THIS change would be a HARD-WIRED -- this is the reason I am asking
for your thoughts!

Greetings,
I've been hesitant to use v1.10 because my DX info window constantly resizes
column width. It appears that the resizing is caused by the dynamic scroll
bar which appears when the window fills up. All the other windows have
fixed column width, this prevents resizing. Currently I leave space for the
scroll bar, but when I resize my main window, I have to resize column width
in the DX Info window.
Is there a way to lock column width in the DX Info window?
Joe, thanks again for the Bridging Tool. Works slick!

So, I've been off the air for a while through a couple moves, but just got
a station up and running again.? Still running DXBase 2005 on an old
computer with XP in the shack, and notice that there have been several (or
more) prefix/country changes.? Does anyone have a way to update the database
easily, or instructions to (laboriously) update the database manually?? I
used to be pretty good with it, but I'm out of practice.? I think my last
manual update was Swain's Island...
Thanks for any and all help,
Steve? K4WA

Hi Steven
Surprised no-one answered
Joe WA6AXE has written an excellent programme to update the main database.
Seek it out!
