[Dxbase] DXBase2007 ver.1.10 shutdown problem

good evening, we have resolved the problem already with great help of Joe.It were several files corrupted also.

There is a DXBASE.INI file in C:\windows even if you install DXbase in C:\

It does not remove if you remove and reinstall DXbase.  If you delete 
that you will get rid of the "unable to shut down" issue

It has come up a few times on here before.  I think that file somehow 
gets corrupted
