[Dxbase] Help not working after upgrade wo Win 10 Pro

Yes, 

The characters are overlapping each other. I opened up the pdf file with Adobe Acrobat Pro. The font is size 9.75, Times New Roman. I selected a section and changed the font to something else and back to Time New Roman and now the text is readable with out the over lap. But the text takes up more room and the text box got larger. It overlapped the next text box. So I changed the font size to 9 and that looked okay.  I would take a very long time to select each text box and change the font size.

Just me, or is the font selection very hard to read, on a Windows PC?
