[Dxbase] DXCC Award credits listing

Does anyone know how to download from the ARRL my full DXCC award credits listing?  I was mailed a copy but I want an electronic version. I want to compare it to the one from DXBase.   I down loaded a report from LoTW but it only shows the conformations from LoTW. It did not include the QSLs that are on paper.  Once I have the electronic version, I want to see if I can use excel to compare the two reports.
