Message-ID: <30409357.1537759.1427912368396.JavaMail.root@vznit170126.mailsrvcs.net> Ben, Unless you need callsigns added to your reg file -- this is one change that you can do yourself -- when changing from XP to Win7 64 bit do the following: Converting a 32bit Registration file to 64bit. Use notepad to open the registration file that you have for 32 bit. Replace the following line: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Scientific Solutions\Dxb2007] With the following line: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\Scientific Solutions\Dxb2007] Save changes to a new filename so that you do not erase your original 32bit registration. To apply this new registration, double click the .reg filename. 73 Joe On 04/01/15, bennie.akins at comcast.net wrote: Old XP finally gave up and I am trying to get DXBase working on my new Win 7 but I guess I need a new reg file. ? While the website was displaying the table I highlighted from the lower right corner to the top left of the table including the heading row. I copied that and pasted it on to Excel 2013. I told it to keep the source formatting during the past. It worked. Now I need to make sure the one from DXbase and this one are in the correct sort order. When I went to the LoTW website - AWARDS LINK - and you log into your DXCC Award ... shown on the left side is the words: DXCC QSL Downloadand you click on that LINK -- an ADI file is available to be downloaded. The ADIF file that was down loaded was not usable. There is a lot of missing information in it. I could see that by looking at the file. I tried to import it using the non-dxbase utility. There were a lot of error messages generated for missing band, mode and time.? I don't know how that file can be used. 73 Tom, N4TL From: Clark L.
