[Dxbase] HamCall

Moving from old XP to W 7 64 and having a problem with HamCall lookup in DxBase. I have tried in the data path : \HAM0\ (that is a zero), \HAM\0. I also tried the CDROM which is on the D drive with no luck. For some reason it can’t find the program. 
Any suggestions ?
