[Dxbase] Refdata (Alias Map) for R1ANT

What is the correct way to map R1ANT? According to Club Log

R1ANT maps by prefix to EUROPEAN RUSSIA ADIF 54 [UA].

With this exception ANTARCTICA, from 2010-01-23 00:00:00  to  2010-12-11 23:59:59.

This explains why I cant hear him when I point my antenna south.
