[Dxbase] Modifying indexes?

When initializing, I'm getting lots of " ! " boxes  saying I have duplicate 
data, this occurs during the WPX initializing in the  sequence of storing 
the data and only during the WPX portion. To continue, I  must click OK for 
what seems like a few thousand or more boxes to get past that  issue. It 
advises I should modify the "index" to accept duplicate data OR remove  that 
index. Either would be acceptable as I don't chase WPX but I don't  find any 
instructions in the help files that cover modifying or  removing "indexes."
 
How does one do that (modify an index)?
