[Dxbase] Next Windows 8 Issue

I got DXBase2007 loaded on the new computer (directory is c:\dxbase2007)
and
I loaded my registration file into the same directory.

I click on the registration file and after the dire warning about modifying
the registry
it says it was modified.

However, when I open up DXBase2007 it still says trial version.

Obviously, I did something wrong.
